I am a marketing team leader with over 6 years’ experience of b2b marketing within the private sector. I have a diverse range of skills in international marketing at management level, using a variety of channels and mediums. Objective is to leverage skills to help a marketing team build a more robust engagement programme. I have been employed for the last 2.5 years as a marketing team leader for a global diagnostics firm. Key tasks include managing one brand division with a team of 3-5 staff members to develop and execute online and offline marketing plan. Online activities include: targeted email marketing; media planning including creation of online banner advertisements; writing and maintaining website content for SEO across three websites; producing Google Analytics reports; social media marketing including paid and organic campaigns; working with external agency on retargetting campaigns; content creation including videos, articles, editorials, infographics, posters, white papers, etc. Offline activities include: Supporting the sales and marketing efforts of international sales staff and distributor network; market and competitor research and market share reporting; designing and managing product launches; organising and attending conferences and trade exhibitions; media planning and buying, including creation of print advertisements and advertorial; creation and distribution of press releases; targeted marketing through utilisation and maintenance of CRM system; develop and maintain competitor and market research reports and sales aids; producing quarterly internal communications for staff and distributors; creation of other marketing materials, e.g. brochures, pop-up stands, promotional items, etc. General tasks include: Compiling quarterly performance reports and presenting to management and directors; budget forecasting and planning; lead creation, calculating ROI and measuring campaign success.
