Help with setting up AdGrants

Description

Hi! NUHA successfully enrolled in the Google programme for charities registered in England & Wales. We have since tried to set up AdGrants, and failed systematically. AdGrants is a USD 10,000 monthly grant by Google for charities to advertise their causes on AdWords. Every time we try setting this up, there seems to be something wrong in what we are doing and our ads get rejected. This is very frustrating, as we would like to use the opportunity to advertise our annual writing competition. If you know how to figure this out, your help would be much appreciated!
