I am currently completing my Level 3 qualification in Digital Marketing for an IT and Telecoms service provider in Birmingham. As part of my job, I work within SEO and PPC advertising and since I have started this role we have seen a 50% increase in monthly website traffic, as well as climbing an average of 13 places in Google's organic search results, for keywords related to our industry. The area I am most passionate about, however, is graphic design and content creation, such as blogs, promotional flyers and leaflets, email marketing campaigns, and content for our social media. Additionally, I currently volunteer for a support group for chronically ill people, called Seven Spoons. Within this role, I also write articles and manage the social media.
