The formal bit - I'm a Marketing Director with extensive experience across public and private sectors and the grey in between. I bring a commercial approach to help organisations deliver growth, whilst remaining true to their mission and ethos. Why I'm here - I'd love to help you with your challenge and help your company get over that hurdle and be the best you can be. I'm open, collaborative, creative and curious and keen to share my expertise to help you grow. What can I do for you - I've set up and re-energised marketing teams and functions, worked with companies to identify the resources and skills they need across and turned around troubled waters into effective and successful operations that drive impact for the business. Both big and small - its all about tailoring to what's needed and what will fit. I've re-positioned brands to give focus and impact, I've prioritised communications to drive real value and turn awareness into engagement and advocacy. Ive developed new products and helped take them to market. How I do it - Listening, learning and acting. At my core is the person were doing this for - customer, consumer, service user, public - whatever name we use, they are what matters. Understanding, connecting and engaging with them is what counts and making sure you are alleviating their pain points is critical.
