Active8 works with young people in Cornwall who have a physical disability. Our first project is a two-year series of residential weekends starting at age 14-16, featuring exciting and challenging activities and a rare chance to get to know other people their age with similar difficulties in a rural county where they are all at different schools. From 16 to 25 they can join After8, which enables them to remain in touch and develop their abililties and talents in a network where disability is accepted and allowed for.
