The Lotus Flower empowers women and girls affected by conflict and displacement in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq and beyond. Through education, vocational training, psychosocial support, and advocacy, we help survivors of violence and displacement rebuild their lives with dignity, develop sustainable livelihoods, and create lasting change in their communities

We're a small charity with no dedicated digital marketing capacity and do not yet have a structured approach to online communications. Our social media is sporadic, our website traffic is low, and we're missing opportunities to connect with supporters who care about women's rights and humanitarian issues. We need support to develop a practical digital marketing strategy, build consistency across our channels, create compelling content that respects the dignity of the women we support, and set up basic email campaigns to engage donors. Essentially, we need help becoming visible online and making the most of our limited time and resources. Our programmes are strong and our impact is real, but we're virtually invisible compared to larger charities doing similar work. This year marks our 10th anniversary – a perfect moment to raise our profile and reach new audiences. With proper digital marketing support, we could attract more donors, engage more supporters, and ultimately help more women and girls affected by conflict rebuild their lives with dignity. We just need someone to show us how.
