To support older people to lead happier and healthier later lives by giving them access to a range of tools (information, classes and therapies) that can help them maximise their mobility, social interaction and well being either free or at low cost.

We are a charity set up in 1987 and we try to provide low cost alternatives that will help older people take charge of their health and well-being. We are primarily staffed by older people and I know that our marketing is poor; we mainly rely on word of mouth and leaflets to spread the word, but this probably limits access to our services to people who know people who already use us. We are particular poor at using media (old style and social).
