Personal Introduction

Hi! My name is Giovanna, I am from Italy and I am a London based Digital Marketer. I offer pro-bono remote marketing strategy consulting with the possibility to come occasionally in loco, if in the London area. I have an innate strong passion for animal welfare and for the environment and I am constantly seeking opportunities to join a non profit organisation supporting these causes both as full time employee and pro-bono free lancer in order to give my contribution to what I believe in! Personally, I am a very energetic, dynamic and happy person. I love to bring forward ideas and to create improvement and changes. I am very collaborative and empathetic and I strongly believe in team work! I am a "we" person, meaning that I believe in sharing both the pain and the gain :) I am vegan and constantly trying to push myself towards a more sustainable lifestyle in any way I can. I also contributed to the research that led to the writing of an academic paper exploring sustainable behaviour. The article is now published in the Psychology & Marketing Journal: "Pride in my past: influencing sustainable choices through behavioural recall"

Experience

I am a Digital Marketing professional, specialised in CRM and Digital Content with 4 years of experience, mainly in the Fashion industry. I currently work as CRM Manager at Sweaty Betty in London. In this role I am responsible for overseeing and implementing global CRM programs, including Reactivation and Loyalty, in order to increase retention. I am working closely with the Digital Marketing team to implement multi channel campaign in order to increase conversion. Within my previous roles at HUGO BOSS I was responsible for Project Management on a global level; Omnichannel Strategy development; Direct customer communication (newsletter, SMS, telephone and Print campaigns); Campaign Reporting; Target Optimisation; Customer Acquisition strategies development; Website Content Management - home page & editorial content; Website Content Analysis; Social Media Management (mainly FB and Instagram), including paid advertising.
