1Gesture CIC has built a micro-donation platform that turns everyday business interactions into real-world impact: feeding school children, providing clean drinking water, and removing plastic from the environment. We raise for three of the most trusted names in their fields: Mary's Meals, Charity: Water, and Plastic Bank. 1Gesture CIC is a pre-revenue community interest company on a mission to reach one million people a month within the next 12 months. We've built the platform to get there: a product that attaches a small, funded act of good to routine business moments. Someone you're meeting taps once to choose a cause, the company funds it, and a verified partner delivers it. No campaigns, no grant applications, just a steady stream of micro-donations delivered automatically. Every donation is ring-fenced and routed to one of three world-class charities: Mary's Meals, which serves a daily meal in a place of education to some of the world's poorest children, feeding more than two million every school day for around the cost of a cup of coffee a day per child. Charity: Water, which brings clean and safe drinking water to people in developing countries, with a 100% model that sends every public donation directly to funding water projects and proves them with GPS and photos. Plastic Bank, which stops ocean-bound plastic at source by paying collectors in vulnerable coastal communities, fighting plastic pollution and poverty at the same time. Now the platform is built, our focus is growth: converting supporters and scaling sustainably. We work like a startup. Hypothesise, experiment, measure, repeat. And we're looking for marketing talent who want their skills to do genuine good.

We work like a startup: hypothesise, experiment, measure, repeat. What you'll do Shape and refine the supporter onboarding flow from first touch to funded gesture. Design A/B tests and experiments across the giving journey. Analyse the data and turn it into clear actions that lift conversion and retention. Help us find the messaging, structure, and friction points that move the numbers. Who we're looking for Someone who loves a clear growth challenge. You think in funnels and experiments, you're comfortable reading data and acting on it, and you have experience in conversion, onboarding, or growth marketing.
