Mission

In 2017 we ran a massive campaign across the UK with a host of partner organisations and celebrities that helped break every UK record for voter registration. In 2018 we were asked to run a similar campaign in Austria aimed at getting marginalised young people to vote against the far right. In Austria we were able to increase registration amongst marginalised young people by over 10%. With a general election around the corner we are relaunching Rizeup in the UK and aiming to be bigger than ever. We are currently looking for partners who want to get involved and help our campaign reach as many people as possible. We are going to be distributing half a million flyers, putting posters across the country, commissioning giant graffiti murals and making videos with celebrities. We are hiring young marginalised people to go and speak to their own friends and communities about voting. We are taking over window displays and opening registration hubs on 94 UK high streets. We are platforming young people, incentivising them and empowering them. We are doing all this but with your help we know we could do so much more. We don’t support any particular politician, party or policy. You can learn more about us from the short deck attached to this email or from checking out this video: https://vimeo.com/311979715
