Experience
I started my career in marketing at the age of 17 joining a fast paced, technology led internet retailer as an IT & Marketing apprentice. Having completed my apprenticeship, I was promoted to a marketing assistant at a time when the company was going through massive growth, this meant that there was a number of opportunities to be apart of such as promotional campaign planning, defining the marketing strategy, helping define the brand, social media strategy, content planning etc. After 2 years in my Marketing Assistant role, I was promoted to Customer Experience Executive (my current role) where I am responsible for a number of propositional projects within the business and helping to drive them forward. My aim is to make sure that the end-to-end customer experience is seamless.
