Mission

On Set Soldiers provides returning US Armed Forces with a career training program upon separation from Military Service. On Set Soldiers (O.S.S.) is a fast track to training in the film and television industry. We provide and supply the needed experience and knowledge for transitioning Men and Women to become actively employed in the industry. Teaching skills from Lighting (Grip) and Electric, Camera and Sound, to Assistant Directors, Art Department, Locations, Props, Costume Department, Post Production, and Production Assistants in Office and on set. With the needed skills and starting their careers off with a real set to work, we provide them with goals to a new career that can take them around the world and back with growth options for the future. ​​
