We take disadvantaged, disabled and vulnerable young people, aged 12 to 25, on residential sailing voyages on board our iconic Challenger yachts. Out on the water, they learn lessons that set them up for life and help them realise their true potential. At a critical time of transition in their lives, we change how young people think and feel about themselves. Skills flourish when everyone is on a level playing field, working together, with no mobile phone, and nowhere to hide! The young people emerge from the week standing taller, with more belief in themselves than ever before.
