Mission

Generation Guiders is a local grassroots Community Based non-profit organization in Kenya. The organization intervenes on Girls child rights, HIV/Aids awareness, life skills, women empowerment project in rural, Distribution of free Sanitary Pads to keep girls in schools, and Sexual Reproductive Health Services in the community. Generation Guiders was registered with an aim empower adolescent girls and women in rural area in Kenya. OUR OBJECTIVES IS: 1) To advocate for girl child right in the rural area. 2) To end child marriage in the rural area. 3) To provide safe space for adolescents girls and women empowerment in the rural area. 4) To provide Sexual Reproductive Health Services in the Community 5) Promoting behaviour change by increasing community awareness on HIV /AIDS through community theatres. Our goal is to empower adolescent girls in the rural area to have Knowledge, Information and offer a platform to discuss how to prevent early and unintended pregnancy to reach their full potential We are aiming to give adolescent girls space to express themselves and have their voices hear in the rural.

This is project aim to ensure that adolescents girls have access to accurate information on comprehensive sexuality education to equip them to make informed life choices and prevent early and unintended pregnancy i n the rural area. The purpose of this proposal is to reduce drastically, the ever-growing rate of teenage pregnancy in Trans-Nzoia County through forming a girls club to provide safe space for adolescent girls in the rural area, form friendships, learn life skills, and discusses issues that are important to them and to prevent unintended and unplanned Pregnancy in the rural.
