Help with raising profile & awareness
Description
We have an established mailing list of people who have signed up because they have heard about us through promo that Ruby Wax has done (either in the press, on TV or via her shows). Many of those people come to our meetings but we are also very aware that most people don't know we exist, even in the towns where we have meetings running fortnightly (i.e. London, Liverpool, Leeds, Norwich, etc). We need help to raise awareness (particularly in our existing locations and in towns where we are planning on launching next) and increase attendance numbers without spending a lot on advertising as we have a tiny budget. (Any help that leads to funds being raised also massively appreciated!) It is particularly people who can relate to feeling 'frazzled', and overwhelmed by life's stressors, who might not be actively looking for 'mental health support' but if they heard about us may think it could be helpful to come along to try it and 'let it out' in a safe and supportive environment.
