Positive Changes (CIC), founded in 2017, helps break the cycle of re-offending by supporting women who have touched the Scottish criminal justice system to fulfill their potential by reducing barriers to employment through the making and selling of chocolates. ‘Grace chocolates changing lives’ – Our delicious chocolates are handmade by the women, who are actively involved in all aspects of making and selling the chocolates, in an inclusive environment supported by a small team of staff and volunteers. We value the skills, knowledge, abilities and potential the women already possess and our enterprise provides a place for personal development and growth within a positive learning culture. Innovatively and creatively, we aim to be effective by intervening as early as possible in the woman’s journey by providing both work experience and the opportunity to concurrently develop their health and wellbeing.
