We are Preservation Culture. A young, community startup based in London, tackling the food system. We provide training for refugee and migrant women to share their knowledge of cultural food preservation recipes through workshops where they teach methods to better manage household waste.

What do we do? We upskill women and share knowledge of food preservation. Individuals, corporates and schools can opt to improve their kitchen management skills by learning tasty cultural food preservation recipes from the women from these cultures of origin. We bring two very important resources together that are currently leftover and left out - food waste and women excluded from the workforce - to teach people skills to better manage household waste. We offer a custom- design training in facilitation and communication alongside a food safety hygiene certification, we equip women with high-quality workshop delivery skills and the confidence to work as facilitators.
