To use art, storytelling and community-led events to amplify survivors’ voices, raise vital funds for specialist aftercare, and create safe, meaningful spaces for women affected by sexual violence to be seen, heard and supported. I’ve built a grassroots art and fundraising project supporting survivors of sexual violence. So far, I’ve run three Sip & Paint events, raised £1,289 towards therapy and aftercare, and worked with five women to create and share their portraits and stories with their consent. I’m now looking to grow the project into a sustainable campaign with stronger partnerships, funding, PR and digital reach. I’m looking for support from organisations and individuals who can help with: funding, venues, sponsorship, PR and digital promotion, art/event resources, safeguarding and survivor referrals, as well as strategic guidance to help me scale the project and increase its impact.
