Mission

Engine Shed runs activities for autistic and ADHD children and their families to develop their social and communication skills, and reduce social isolation. The children can build and play with our huge trains sets in an inclusive, understanding and safe environment. The events are entirely child-led, and supervised by staff who have lived experience of autism and ADHD. The children remain engaged throughout the 2-hour session with minimal supervisions, playing together and sharing their interests.

Additional Information

Engine Shed was launched two years ago, and has already supported over 2000 children and parents in community venues, special needs support groups, schools and museums across the South East.

Rebranding strategy - advice needed

Description

We are rebranding our organisation to avoid confusion with similar groups. The new brand and logo is being developed, and domain name acquired. We now urgently need advice on rebranding strategy. We expect to restart our events in September, which will require promoting the change of brand to our established customer base via email and social media. Engine Shed has strong brand awareness in the special needs community (our CEO is often referred to as the "Engine Shed man"). We need to sustain this awareness and at the same time, ensure that our families and supporters are made aware or and support the new brand. Would you be available for a Skype/Zoom call to discuss how we might go about this rebranding project?
