Abuse thrives behind silence! Knowing this first hand as a survivor and having endured the ignorance and stigma, which I can tell you is rife. My mission is to have those conversations that are still so uncomfortable for many, and encourage us survivors and hidden victims to reach out and speak up.

I am Szara Coote a survivor and I now use my voice to raise awareness, educate and support as many women and children as I can possibly do. I have spent the last 7 years training and becoming certified in every area that will help me on this journey and every time I reach a fellow warrior I am proud to talk, support and offer domestic abuse programmes that teach about the cycle of abuse and tactics they use.
