We inspire young people to achieve the skills, qualifications and self belief they need to succeed in education, work and life. Our vision is a society where all young people feel valued, included and inspired to contribute to their communities. Our flagship programme, Teens and Toddlers, combines an innovative approach where teens contribute to the community by acting as mentors to vulnerable toddlers in a nursery; a qualification in Interpersonal Skills and classroom sessions in relationships and risky behaviour. It transforms young people by building their self esteem and giving them the life skills to succeed.

We need help from a PR professional who is as passionate as we are to help disadvantaged young people to succeed against the odds. The professional will help us develop a coherent PR strategy and implementation plan to develop a regular flow of stories in the media and through our website. We also need help recruiting an intern who can implement the plan on an ongoing basis, ideally managed by the strategic PR executive. We are also interested in developing social networking to help us raise awareness and funds.
