The Grad Online aims to equip young people with the resources to attain the best head start possible when attempting to find employment or set up their own business. We do this by sharing the experiences, successes, and advice of people that have followed a similar path. We also aim to connect young people with more experienced people for mentoring support.

Grad Online is a website dedicated to providing young people with honest first hand insight into careers from varying perspectives. We also provide support and information to young people wishing to set up their own business, but have not had the confidence to do so. Though initially starting out as a website for graduates, we have realised that there is a great desire from young people of all educational attainment levels to find support from others when deciding to set up a business or start their career. Grad Online therefore aims to provide support, advice and mentoring opportunities for all young people between the ages of 16 and 25 concerning employment and enterprise.
