WEN campaigns on environmental issues from a woman's perspective. We have campaigned on waste, real nappies, breast cancer prevention, GM food and lindane in chocolate. We produce resources and campaigns for women and men to use, for example on avoiding toxic chemicals in flooring and toiletries. We run a highly popular Food programme in East London teaching women to grow their own organic food. We run workshops on Gender and Climate Change, community gardening, natural beauty products and avoiding toxic chemicals.
