Hello! I am a trained journalist and marketer with a strong background in strategic marketing planning, management and implementation. My experience ranges from working with SMEs to develop strategic marketing plans through to working on a Region-wide campaign to tackle behavioural change in the way we travel.My current role as Marketing and Communications Manager sees me lead a team of one full-time member of staff along with a team of 18 casual students who form the Student Communications Team. A keen interest in sustainable living has led me to work with a great team to launch an online ethical magazine, social network and blogging platform; www.helloecoliving.com, to champion to green agenda. Through this I was named one of the "Future 100" Young Entrepreneurs in 2009. I have also travelled across the globe reviewing ethical destinations.
