Mission

To promote healthy living through the development of practical innovative workshops to children, young people and their families within the most disadvantaged areas of the London Borough of Haringey. Through our programmes learners of all ages can gain an understanding and appreciation of the importance of nutrition, learn to prepare low cost healthy meals and make lifestyle changes to improve their overall health.
