Pip Award engages support for the Elimination of Leukaemia Fund News Post Image

We're pleased to be working with the IPA’s Best of Health Awards for the second year running. This year their Pip Award for young talent has contributed incredible campaign ideas to the Elimination of Leukaemia Fund to help engage more support for their Mind & Body service.

You can watch the three inspiring shortlisted concept videos from: CDM London, Frontera London and Sudler London (to view please click on these links rather than the videos below). And one of these brilliant ideas will be named winner at the awards night on November 29th.

Last year the IPA decided they wanted to find a way for their prestigious Best of Health Awards to give back to a good cause and provide a platform for young marketers working in the health marketing sector to gain recognition for their talent. This led to the creation of the Pip Award. We matched them up with the Angelus Foundation (now part of Mentor UK) and the award entrants developed ideas for marketing campaigns to raise awareness about the dangers of “legal highs”.

Last year’s award winning idea came from a team at the agency Lime and was called “The Trojan High”. The team was so inspired by the Angelus Foundation they continued to work with them throughout this year to implement their idea and we’ll share more soon about how this work has helped young people in Luton understand the dangers of “legal highs”.

We look forward to sharing the news about this year’s winning team after the Best of Health Awards at Bloomsbury Ballroom on Tuesday 29th November 2016.
